Ingredients

- 3 Cups Turkey, diced, chopped, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Celery, diced small
- 1/2 Cup Red Seedless Grapes, halved or quartered
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and/or pepper if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, red onion, celery, grapes and walnuts. Add the dressing and stir to combine.
- Serve this over a salad or in lettuce wraps for a low carb diet, or on whole grain bread for a sandwich.
