  • 4 bone-in, skin-on Chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Dash Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and garlic powder to create a marinade.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Place the chicken thighs in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate it overnight for more flavor.
  5. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  7. Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
  8. After 12 minutes, flip the chicken thighs skin-side up. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the chicken thighs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  9. Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
